With so many reasons to celebrate in Autumn, we have rounded up our 3 favourite Autumn cocktail recipes, perfect for those spooky Halloween celebrations and snuggly Autumnal evenings. Enjoy!
Tea and Smokey Ginger Ale
Snuggle up with this delicious perfectly spooky serve. Earthy ginger is followed by robust smoky flavours, balanced with refreshing background notes of citrus from the Tea Edition. This is a great simple serve that can be created using only a few ingredients in minutes, giving you more time to enjoy with your guests or to help you through a night of trick or treaters.
Ingredients:
50ml Masons Tea Edition
200ml Fever-Tree Smokey Ginger Ale
Dehydrated Orange
To Create:
First take your glass and fill with ice. Next add 50ml Masons Tea Edition and top with 200ml Fever-Tree Smokey Ginger Ale. To finish garnish with dehydrated orange, or for a more citrussy finish use a slice of lemon.
Mulled Slow Distilled Sloe
It’s truly a sign of Autumn when the sloe gin comes out. This is the perfect winter warmer, essential for enjoying whilst wrapped up around the bonfire with friends and family. A great tip is to create a batch of the mulled apple juice for the whole family to enjoy, then add in the Slow Distilled Sloe Gin for a boozy tipple for the adults. Ingredients:
50ml Masons Slow Distilled Sloe Edition
250ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Mulling Spices (Cinnamon Sticks, Star Anise, Cardamom Pods)
Orange
To Create:
First take a pan and add the spices and apple juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly and add 50ml of Masons Slow Distilled Sloe Gin. Strain into a mug and garnish with a slice of orange. Perfect Autumn cocktails for friends.
Honey and Mango Martini
The perfect grown-up Autumnal tipple. Elements of sweetness from the honey and mango followed by a long dry finish from The Original Gin is a crowd pleaser. The perfect tipple to serve at a dinner party - trust us, your guests will be impressed.
Ingredients:
50ml Masons The Original
40ml honey and mango cordial
Dash champagne acid
Fever-Tree soda water
Lime leaf
To Create:
First take a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Next, add Masons Original Gin, honey and mango cordial and champagne acid and shake well. Strain this into a martini glass and top with Fever-Tree soda water. Garnish with a lime leaf.
