Passionfruit Martini Vodka Cocktail
INTRODUCTION
Renowned bartender Douglas Ankrah created this contemporary classic in 2002 and it gained global popularity from its alternate name. The prosecco on the side cleanses the palate following the intense citrus and tropical flavours.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Classic or Citrus Vodka
- 15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Monin Passionfruit Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml Passion Fruit Juice
- Half a Passion Fruit
- 50ml Prosecco
SERVE
- Add all ingredients (except Prosecco) to cocktail shaker, shake vigorously with ice and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with half of a passionfruit and a shot of prosecco on the side
