Tortuga Iced Tea - Gin Cocktail

INTRODUCTION
A tropical twist on the well known Long Island Iced Tea, edited by our mixologists to allow the fruit expressions in the gin to shine. Poured over a tower of ice this is best enjoyed sipped in the sunshine.

INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Fruits of the Tropics Gin
- 15ml Masons Citrus Vodka
- 15ml White Rum
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Brown Sugar Syrup
- Top with Ginger Ale

SERVE
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker, excluding ginger ale
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with Ginger Ale
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and an orange slice
