Masons Gin welcomes Prime Minister Boris Johnson
Last week we welcomed Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak and Home Secretary Priti Patel to our distillery.
Here at Masons, we welcome everyone with open arms and, in the spirit of inclusivity in these unprecedented times, we were honoured to support this momentous occasion for our business.
On Thursday 30th July, the three senior cabinet ministers arrived at 1pm, where they toured the distillery facilities including a gin tasting in our product development laboratory, a hands-on experience of the bottling line and the official naming of “Anthea”, our new still.
At this time more than ever, it was a chance for us to celebrate our success in building a premium gin business over the last seven years in the heart of North Yorkshire, against the backdrop of what is probably the most challenging time economically and socially for us all.
